Last night, I had an incredible camping experience at Al Aqah Beach in Khorfakkan! The clear waters and stunning Hajar Mountains provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening under the stars. I settled in for the night and woke up to the sound of waves crashing and the sun rising over the mountains. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to do it again. One of my favorite quotes was from Tilopa where he said, "Have a mind that is open to everything and attached to nothing."

In this age and time, where the population is very high and the technology is very advanced, everything is possible and we have to have an open mind about the possibilities, ideas, and changes that are happening around us and are yet to happen to us. The beliefs and traditions of the old days may not be applicable to the current time and age considering the technology and increase in population, thus, being so tight about the beliefs and not being open to other ideas, culture and advancement will keep you behind the old days.

With this, we also have to make sure that we are not attached to anything, for everything and anything can change. Being attached to something, someone will keep you stuck and immobile.
