I’ve been feeling so damn depressed lately. Usually happens around exam times as I begin to question my whole existence lol.Â
Almost done tho! Two more exams leftÂ
I looked there...
I used to look at how much they had, colourful cars, mansions and the newest fad asked god, oh please bless me, id be so glad
i turned around, and noticed how little they had maybe a kite in the day light, and homes that reminded me of campsites
when it rained, some didn’t even have a roof i suddenly felt like a goof
how dare i ever be mad for not having the latest fad?
when there people out there that to me seems like they live in a nightmare but yet they say in their prayer thanks you god, for how much you care!
I turned 21 Today
This is the year of acceptance, and self forgiveness.Â
...and putting some more effort in my outfits and feeling good in general ;D

I lived (poetry)
i pretend im ok, when i am really not
so tired at night, because all day i fought
these thoughts inside my head that tell me i have nothing worthy ahead
its a strange feeling, a black emptiness
wanting to share, but i don’t want others to bear this dreadful despair
i smile, laugh and tell everyone how life is so good
but behind closed doors, i cry more and more
cry my self to sleep, wishing it was infinitely deep Â
it was a new type of thought i had
what if i could end it all, i mean it’d just be one fall, right?
that would cease this everlasting fight
that i no longer wise to face all night
it was that night, a student finally lost his fight
it hit me that it could be been me had i lost my own might
to be the brave knight, that slays these thoughts day and night
suicide is scary, its a do or a die, where the do is the die
i myself had these thoughts for the first time
but strangely that same night  i found out how a student had died,
it hit so hard i promised it was the last thought of that kind to be had
I decided I to find my self, respect my self
and enjoy this beautiful thing called life

Crazy Food Resemblances
Eating the right food is important for a healthy, happy and prosperous lifestyle.
If you want to begin eating healthy, it might be an over-whelming decision as to where to begin and who knows what does what! BUT… all you really need to do is look at what body part it resembles
Here is a list of foods that resemble what body parts they are good for
 Carrot - Eye
Slice a carrot in half crosswise and voila - if you look close enough you can notice the pattern that resembles the pupil and the iris. So if you want to improve your eyesight… munch on those carrots. They contain vitamins, and antioxidants such as beta- carotene so your eyes stay at the top of their game!
Ginger – Stomach
Ginger is known to help nausea and relax the stomach. It contains Gingerol – an ingredient listed in the USDA database of phytochemicals as having the ability to prevent nausea and vomiting but that’s not all… It also aids in digestion. So if you want to keep things in your stomach “flowing” make ginger a must in your dietÂ
Celery - Bone
Celery resembles bones! Bones are 23% sodium and so is celery – this connection cannot just be a mere coincidence…
Celery also contains silicon which is part of the molecular structure that gives bones strength
 Grapes – Lungs
Grapes resemble the alveoli of the lungs. Eating grapes, especially heirloom concord grapes have shown to reduce the risk of lung cancer. The seeds in grapes are also good for you as they contain a chemical (proanthocyanidin) that reduces allergies and asthma.
 Avocados – UterusÂ
The avocados support reproductive health. They contain folic acid and have the ability to not only balance hormones but also prevent cervical cancer. Did you know that it takes 9 months for an avocado to grow fully? - Which is the exact same time as it takes for a baby to develop inside the womb.
Sweet Potato – PancreasÂ
The sweet potato is shaped almost exactly as the pancreases. Sweet potatoes are high in beta-carotene which is a potent antioxidant and protects all tissues in our body. Sweet potatoes also prevent aging and fight against cancer.
 Tomato – HeartÂ
Tomatoes have many chambers that resemble the structure of the heart. Since tomatoes have lots of lycopene, they help reduce risk for heart disease and help with blood flow. They also contain loads of vitamin C, and that is crucial for a healthy heart.
Walnut – BrainÂ
The resemblance is just striking! The walnut is known as the one of the ultimate brain foods as they are an excellent source of omega 3, antioxidants, folic acid and vitamin E.

5 Things That Can Help When You Feel Down
ONE - Remember that life is a journey with it’s ups and downs. There are going to be days when you feel like shit, when you want to stay in bed all day and not talk to anyone. The best thing to do is accept how you feel but don’t attach those feelings to your self. Just observe the thoughts. Just like how when you observe the weather outside, observe your emotions, your thoughts and feelings but don’t let them become a part of you
TWO - Express yourself. Its best to talk to someone but not everyone has that luxury and thats ok! Find another outlet, whether its creative writing, drawing, singing or playing an instrument. Find something that you can completely indulge in and become one with. If its an instrument, try to play the sound of your emotions. Draw the picture of your emotions. Let your feeling flow and watch how amazing you feel!Â
THREE- EXERCISEEE. Exercise is one of the best ways to improve your mood. It releases chemicals in your brain that elevate mood, make your mind sharper and brighter. It doesn’t have to be strenuous exercise either. Something mild like a light jog is fine. Get the blood pumpingÂ
FOUR - Dance. This may sound crazy, but close the blinds.. put on some music and dance like a kid. Doesn’t matter how bad your are, just dance like no one is watching (literally!). This helps you connect with your innerself and I guarantee you will feel amazing!
FIVE - This is similar to point 1 but try meditating. Set 10 minutes aside and just observe your thoughts. As the thoughts come classify them as worry, future thought, past thought, thought about food ect. Classify and put away, don’t explore the thought. This is called being mindfulness. Your are literally doing nothing other than observing your thoughts. Its actually really relaxin
So, these are 5 things you can do when you feel down. (Remember the universe loves youuuuu, so don’t ever feel down :P)
Please Please follow (ill follow back), give me feedback and tell me what else I should write about.
k byeee :DÂ
thought i’d share something personal
I’m feeling some kind of way, I don’t know what it is, maybe its me experiencing growth… inner growth. Its like I’m going through puberty again, but rather mentally not physically. It’s a feeling of excitement, but also fear. A feeling like I know a secret, a really good one that no else knows about but at the same time…lost, so lost that I have no idea what to expect or anticipate.
I feel an ecstatic sensation all over my body sometimes… like when your hairs stand erect, but just as it starts I question what it is, or why I am even experiencing it because there is no reason for it. My life if so normal but it feels like something so different is on its way… but at the same time the future seems so predictable, when I know it’s not.
I feel like crying sometimes.. almost like I’ve understood something so deep about life…and wish everyone could know.., but I really didn’t. I know there is something, something beyond the wildest limits of reality that I just can’t explain and yet no evidence exists.
It’s almost scary, like what if its just my mind playing games? But how can it, the feeling is so strong and yet I can’t even begin to understand the feeling. My mind so much more contradictory than what I’m trying to explain… but I guess that’s why it’s so special.

Crazy Food Resemblances Pt.II
 Grape fruit - Breast
Round citrus fruits such as the grapefruit shown and even lemons reassemble the shape of breast. They contain substances called limonoids which have proven to inhibit the development of cancer in human breast cells.
Oranges, another citrus fruit, assist in the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
Pomegranates - Brain
Pomegranates contain pods, which not only resemble the brain, but benefit it too!
The antioxidants that are produced by a pomegranate help maintain the well-being of our brains. Antioxidants function as a shield or guard for our brain cells and prevent damage caused by free radicals
Free radicals are atoms or groups of atoms with an odd (unpaired) number of electrons and can be formed when oxygen interacts with certain molecules. Once formed these highly reactive radicals can start a chain reaction, like dominoes. Their chief danger comes from the damage they can do when they react with important cellular components such as DNA
By protecting our brain from free radicals, it is less prone to complications in an older age.
Pomegranate is also known for reducing stress and maintaining sharp memory.
Did you know that pomegranates also contain folic acid? – It is jam packed with nutrients for your brain.
Kidney beans - kidney
This one is just obvious… kidney beans literally are miniature kidneys in shape and colour. Â
Kidney Beans are a rich source of fiber and are extremely helpful in lowering cholesterol. How does this relate to kidneys? Well… The National Institute of Health discovered a link between high cholesterol levels and kidney disease.
They are also rich in potassium and magnesium. They keep the blood pressure in check while fighting off heart and kidney disease. Â
Olives - ovaries
Olives have a very similar shape to the ovaries. They contain healthy fats, vitamins and even minerals that have scientifically shown to reduce ovarian cancer in a study conducted in Italy. Women who had olive oil in their diet have a 30% lower chance to develop ovarian cancer than women who do not.
Mushroom - Â Ears
When you slice a mushroom it half, it become clear that it resembles an ear.
Mushrooms are one of the few foods that contain vitamin D, which is important for healthy bones, including the small one in your ear that transmits sound to your brain.
Banana – The Peni- er… Smile!
Bananas are known to cheer you up and put a smile on your face! They contain a chemical called tryptophan, which when digested gets converted into a neurotransmitter called serotonin – which is a mood regulating chemical in the brain.
Ginseng root - Human Body
This is super cool, the ginseng root actually looks like the human body!
This super food has been known for thousands of years as a holistic treatment for many health issues.
People who regularly take ginseng root are known to have more energy throughout their day and even sharper minds.
Ginseng is known to
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Boost your immune system
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Lower blood pressure
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Improve concentration and learning
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Have anti-inflammatory effects
