The first and only new material from amazarashi’s upcoming album “Sekai shusoku 2116” is now unveiled, exposing the music video Tasuketsu.
Tasuketsu supports the role of leading us into the deep abyss of vocalist Hiromu Akita’s mind. Tasuketsu is a song that questions the ambiguous moral of human kind, criticizing the state of the world today.

Ghost is the sequel to New Logos Order, which is a story heavily inspired by the book 1984, where extreme censorship and government surveillance takes place.
Ghost has many similar themes and to my understanding the progress happening throughout the show is the encryption of data so that the government cannot access it. The quote displayed in the beginning of the show by Julian Assange is about this idea. (It’s kind of interesting because in NLO they’re decrypting classified documents like the uncensored Dokuhaku, so the opposite is happening, but the common theme is anti-censorship.)
The old man is Overmind, the AI that is surveilling the public and keeping data on everyone, this story’s version of Big Brother in a way.

This translation wouldn't have been possible without the help of my best friend @yeipiggy who did the base translation and helped me word everything.
The translation is available in both English and Spanish, and we've decided to distribute it through the same web site the Starlight translator used since it's pretty reader friendly.
We might get around to translating Kyomu-Byō (If I find the fifth chapter) and GHOST, however, due to the extent of the last one we'll take our time (specially since Yeipi became traumatized after the first chapter of New Logos Order)

Hello there! I've mentioned this on the server before, but New Order Logos became available to me recently thanks to a friend of mine!
My best friend speaks japanese and I'm a translator and localizer, so we're currently doing the best we can to translate it! We're done with the first revision of chapter one so far and we're currently scheduling a meeting so we can keep on with the work.
The story is currently being translated into spanish since that's our first language, however, once we're finished we'll start with an english translation!
That's so exciting! I'm sure a lot of people will be excited to read it. I can definitely share the translation here if you like when it's done!

A new visual for the upcoming concert Dennou Ensou Kanshi Kuukan: Ghost has been posted. It was drawn by YKBX, amazarashi's art director. It features the words "Living Dead Logos Protest Live Against New Logos Order".
amazarashi to Release New Album "Ghost" 2025.04.09
The album contains songs written specifically for the upcoming live performance Dennou Ensou Kanshi Kuukan: Ghost, a sequel to their 2018 concept live Roudoku Ensou Jikken Kuukan: Shin Gengo Chitsujo (also known as New Logos Order).
The album is set to come in three editions:
The Regular Edition containing just the CD
The First Press Limited Edition containing the CD, Blu-ray, and Ghost lyric + poetry book
The Full Production Limited Edition containing the CD, Blu-ray, Ghost lyric + poetry book, a New Logos Order archive book documenting the first live performance, a "Word Zombie" bandana that contains the logo of the resistance from the novella, and a "Ghost" character card.
Both limited editions come with a Blu-ray containing a re-edited version of the 2018 live New Logos Order called the New Logos Order Live Coverage disc.

hi! you seem like the right person to ask about this... i've been getting into amazarashi's music recently + it's super awesome, but as much as i would love to i'm really struggling to keep up with the stories / concepts because it feels like there's so much of it that it gets overwhelming, and i can't find any concrete descriptions of which albums are concept albums, what the stories are, etc etc. do you have any suggestions as to where to start?
I would say every amazarashi album has a strong unique theme that ties it together. For example Nanagousen Lost Boys is all about Akita’s past and how he found himself, and Eienshi is based on a Russian novel about a world where humans live thousands of years.
I would probably consider the true “concept albums” to be the ones that come with novellas in their physical editions. The story is usually closely related to the album. A personal favorite of mine is Sekai Shuusoku 2116, an album about the end of the world.
There’s also, of course, amazarashi’s unique storytelling concerts, the most notable being the award-winning New Logos Order, which has detailed information about the concept here and here. Others include Kyomubyou and Senbun no Ichiya Monogatari: Starlight.
One of the best sources for this information in English is JRock News. Unfortunately, they are not usually up to date, but when they do post they are pretty thorough about explaining an album’s concept.
There’s also usually a Japanese comment about each album’s theme in the announcement news post for that album. You might also be able to find some information on the special site for each album.
Edit: The timing of this ask is funny, they specifically used the word “concept album” today when they announced the new album! (I’ll post details about it soon!)
