Ukitake Jushiro

•He’ll always put his s/o’s needs and well-being before his own, and given his condition, that’s super risky, so you’ll really know how much you mean to him. He’d be constantly worried about you, asking his subordinates (especially his 3rd seats) to keep up with you, maybe ask them to bring you sweets and gifts if he was busy

•You’d honestly be very close to his 3rd seats, Kiyone and Sentarou would be constantly at your side, maybe competing for your attention because anyone who their captain has affections for, they’re going to want to suck up to them. But that’s a good thing because like I said, they’ll be little messengers, coming to you and giving you gifts from Ukitake when he can’t get away from his duties, or telling you that he wants to treat you to a nice dinner later on 

•Though yes, Captain duties will often take up his time, he’s not present at Captain meetings as often as the others because of his illness, though he’ll sometimes use the guise of illness just as a way to come hang out with you

•Any partner of Jushiro’s will be known by almost everyone, he’s just one of those Captains that everyone hears about, and he’s open with his personal life, so when speaking to Ukitake, they’d ask about you and how you were doing, especially if you two were married. Definitely expect Kyoraku to show up at random times, try to get you to have a cup of sake with him in the middle of the day. Being Ukitake’s best friend, it’s inevitable he’d be close to his s/o
