Her fingers wrapped around me, masterfully coaxing frenzied vibrations and sound from the depths of my dark cavernous soul, her tempo quickening, resulting in a pulsating vibrato that brought my whole being to a feverish pitch. Stroke after stroke, she fell into sync with my rhythm, her body undulating with mine, her breaths growing rapid and shallow as we became one. Her hands blurred as she caressed the final sounds from my body, always an exhaustive foray, sending me into melodic throes. Spent, she leaned into me and bowed. There, I held her as close as we could ever be, the deafening applause echoing in the hall, and I only wish to be her lover and not a lonely cello.
