Thank you, tbh I don't really think about it. I usually just write until the words run out and figure out the shape later. I think what helps a poem keep moving is letting it be, not trying to make every line perfect as you go. Just follow the momentum of the feeling or image you started with and don't worry about where it's going yet. You can always edit or rearrange later, I think as long as the emotion's still alive, the poem keeps moving

Thank you, I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember. It always felt like the one thing that was fully mine.
