Dallas County Republican Chair Missy Shorey thinks she’s pretty slick, trying to throw 128 Democratic primary candidates off the ballot with her sleazy lawsuit.

It’s time for Americans who value their right to vote for the candidate of their choice to tell Republicans who are trying to take their vote away, that they can just try to COME AND TAKE IT!

The original flag of the post-Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia, 1992-1995, was based on the inscription on the tomb of King Phillip II, father of Alexander the Great.  It was beautiful and unique.  Unfortunately, the Greek government objected to Macedonia using a Macedonian symbol.

The guy is losing it a lot faster than Ronald Reagan, who at least came back from Central America noticing that “They’re all individual countries down there.”

Often in the fall months, the sky over the Willamette Valley looks  this: a featureless cover of slate grey, so thick and so even that the Sun is a white disk that you can safely look at it with the naked eye.

I have often imagined a flag like this to represent those days,. although on those days, you would hardly need one: the sky is the greyscale banner overhead.
