I used to drive to fast on that road. I used to want to die there. I used to hope that I would take the corner too fast and end up in the trees. I used to transcribe my own obituary while driving too fast down that road. Tonight I wanted that too. But as soon as I topped 65 in the 55 mile zone, I took my foot off the gas.
