As a student of AdZU, we always pass by the Cafeteria when we feel our stomach is craving for food. A place to hangout too during our free time. And the ADZU Multi-Purpose Cooperative is always there to provide us with delicious food and drinks to satisfy our hunger and thirst!

so here are some of my Snack time favorites brought to you by the COOP Canteen!

"BUKO PANDAN"

Buko Pandan is a favorite Filipino dessert that is served in a cup for only 20 pesos, it has a good presentation, smooth texture, and it really taste so good, you'll really crave more after trying this delicious dessert.

"LECHE FLAN"

Leche Flan is another enjoyable dessert you can buy for 20 pesos. like the Buko Pandan, it is also served in a cup, it is delicious, taste good, and smells good.

"CHICKEN SIOPAO"

Chicken Siopao can really fill your empty stomach when you are really hungry anytime of the day. Enjoy your siopao with catsup for the price of 18 pesos! it's soft. smells good, and is full of taste.

"CHOCOLATE LOLLIPOP"

Chocolate Lollipop for those who love chocolates! Even though it looks weird on the outside but the fantastic smell and the sweet chocolate taste with marshmallows and sprinkles can surely cover-up it's lack of a presentable look .

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a proposed development of the Internet in which everyday objects have network connectivity, allowing them to send and receive data. This will be a network of physical objects accessed through the Internet, as defined by technology analysts and visionaries. These objects contain embedded technology to interact with internal states or the external environment. In other words, when objects can sense and communicate, it changes how and where decisions are made, and who makes them.

It will transform everyday life, from managing airports’ passenger flow to heating buildings and caring for the elderly. Everything will be connected, it can come to help us in many forms including health, safety, financially, even every day planning, and it will make our lives easier.

IT tools that will do for me are the Internet for my use in studies and other activities that needs the internet, smartphones which can easily help me communicate with my friends, it can also help me in searching for things in the internet and the laptop for my use in my studies like doing a more specific and accurate researching and to writing articles and managing my documents.

In business use a laptop will be very useful in storing files and documents of business transactions so that you can easily track a certain file, wireless devices and CCTV cameras to easily watch your business anytime and wherever you are, latest computers and system software that will help in efficiently managing how the business works and managing its records.

Ever thought of printing something in 3D? I think you’ll wonder if it’s real. Yes it is now! But first you should know how the people progressed in developing this remarkable innovation; it was first developed by Hideo Kodama of Nagoya Municipal Industrial Research Institute in 1982 and the first published account of a printed solid model was made. The first working 3D printer was created in 1984 by Charles W. Hull of 3D Systems Corp. Throughout the 90’s and early 2000’s a host of new technologies continued to be introduced and it still focused exclusively on industrial applications and while they were still largely processes for prototyping applications, other developments in 3D printing technologies and processes were also emerging through the years but 3D printing in the early days was very expensive and not feasible for the general market. It did not really impact the global market at that time.

As the times preceded the 3D printers were mostly prototypes but it wasn’t until January 2009 that the first commercially available 3D printer – in kit form and based on the RepRap concept – was offered for sale. This was the BfB RapMan 3D printer. As we moved into the 21st century, however, costs drastically dropped, allowing 3D printers to find their way to a more affordable market. 3D printing has managed its way into a number of markets. As a result of the market divergence, significant advances at the industrial level with capabilities and applications, dramatic increase in awareness and uptake across a growing maker movement, 2012 was also the year that many different mainstream media channels picked up on the technology. 2013 was a year of significant growth and consolidation. The technology is now used in prototyping and distributed manufacturing with applications in architecture, construction, industrial design, automotive design, aerospace, military, engineering, etc. It has also become popular in areas such as dental and medical technology, fashion, footwear, jewelry, eyewear, and more. Interestingly, even food may one day be printed, which may help feed the ballooning population.

Even NASA is investing in 3D printing as one of the many transformation technologies that will help to create the new knowledge and capabilities needed to enable future space missions while benefiting life here on Earth. Recently, NASA installed the First Zero-Gravity 3D Printer on the International Space Station which will help astronauts to experiment with additive manufacturing in microgravity.
