“You’re overreacting,” Codi snapped. Sure, she may have hung out with a pack of some sort, but they were bears, not wolves. She didn’t think they counted against this stupid rule. “You need to stop being so damn paranoid.”

“I might have killed a teenage boy.”

He was serious.

        He killed his little sister’s ex boyfriend. The fucker had hit Kailey. The Alpha tolerated a lot. Disrespecting and or hurting his sister was not one of them. Not by a long shot.

But he didn’t sound all too worried. 

Dallas had a few tears falling but not much major, she raised her eyebrow at his words. “Maybe you agreed on it to yourself, but I wasn’t aware it was like a lease with you.” She grabbed her jacket, purse and phone. “See ya Chris, maybe you’ll find someone who can put up with your stubborn ass.”

Glitch smiled and climbed out of bed, grabbing one of Chris’s shirts that had been thrown to the floor from last night’s fun, and he pulled it on. “Can we add chocolate chips…?” he asked, looking back towards his alpha, and if you looked hard enough you could see Glitch’s little baby bump starting to form.

Glitch sighed a little and nodded, smiling at the small kiss to his forehead. “You wanna go make pancakes…? It’s early enough for those…” He looked back up at the other, rubbing his eyes. “I’ve gotten enough sleep for tonight…”
