Just a reminder for anyone struggling with anxiety, you are valid, and everything you feel is real. Less than a year ago I was taking anxiety medication up to several times a week for panic attacks. I was once at a point that I didn’t leave the house for days. Currently I haven’t taken any medication for anxiety in 6 months. I still get anxiety but I’m starting to learn better coping skills. One of the biggest things that has helped was cutting out toxic people from my life. Don’t be scared to cut off that one toxic ex or even long term friendships. Surround yourself with good people, and take it from me it does get better.
