I understand Jo’s side but she doesn’t really understand Meredith and Alex’s relationship and she needs to grow up a bit

I feel like I need to say this ‘cause not many people gets it: Amelia didn’t relapse because of Meredith. She didn’t relapse because of a fight. She relapsed because she’s alone. Because she feels lonely and she needs to take the pain away. Because literally every single person that was important to her is now gone in any possible way. Her ex fiancee, her baby, Michelle, all her friends from LA including James (yes, she “left” them but still, from her point of view they’re gone), her brother and now her boyfriend, her “sister” and her nephews. She’s alone and the only thing close enough to a solid ground for her is her addiction. It’s not okay in any way, but it’s understandable. Amelia suffers from a mental illness. It’s not something she can control easily and she’s basically struggling on her own. And without a support system, from my point of view, it was doomed to happen.

I swear if Amelia wakes up in Riggs’ bed next season, I’ll trip.
