I'm not really into Rap music as such, but Battlecry by Angel Haze has one of the most heartwrenching back stories and is a truly inspirational song. Music speaks where words fail for many people. People can find that they can connect to songs by listening to them and interpreting it differently to another. That's the beauty of music, we can connect through our personal battles. I really would recommend this song to anyone whose going through their own battle right now. This is my favourite line, but there are plenty more within the song I can connect with. This lyric has got me through some of the darkest points in the past. It's just nice to be reminded sometimes of your self-worth and no one should ever ever take that away from you! Especially yourself. You're stronger than you think, and i believe in you!
