🏛️ THE PREMISE (YEAR 2126)
One hundred years ago, global nuclear war systematically wiped out ninety percent of humanity, leaving the vast majority of survivors permanently sterile. As society collapsed, vampires emerged from the shadows to seize absolute control.
Today, the rare 10% of fertile humans are heavily guarded commodities—kept in state breeding blocks or sold to wealthy vampire houses. The sterile majority serves in labor classes under a brutal, prison-free justice system. Enforcing this regime are The Enforcers—captured wild werewolves broken with silver-lined shock collars to serve as apex tracking hounds. Beside them stand the Dhampirs, half-vampire hybrid offspring serving as daylight soldiers for the masters who view them as property.
🗺️ CURRENT SUB-PLOT: THE ANOMALY
The System has detected a critical breach in the lower sectors. Contraband is filtering into the Industrial Quadrants, and rumors whisper of an underground network seeking to disrupt the Master/Slave registries. Werewolf Enforcers have been deployed to the Public Squares to tighten surveillance and carry out immediate public sentencing.
Where will your character stand when compliance is demanded?
VAMPIRES (The Ruling Class): Absolute rulers. Born Vampires age slowly, walk in sunlight, and can reproduce with human females. Turned Vampires are manufactured assets, weak to daylight, and strictly regulated by state clearance.
WEREWOLVES (The Enforcers): Wild wolves captured and conditioned in state Breaking Centers to accept the vampire elite as their "Alpha." Shifters with unmatched tracking capabilities.
DHAMPIRS (The Hybrid Soldiers): Half-vampire offspring legally classified as slaves. Lethal, daylight-immune soldiers forbidden from breeding among themselves.
HUMANS (The Foundation): Assigned permanently to labor tiers. A rare few carry fallout mutations granting minor psychic traits like Telepathy or Precognition.
⚖️ SYSTEM JUSTICE: NO PRISONS
Resources are too scarce to lock people in cells. Justice is swift and calculated:
Demotion & Reassignment: Minor offenses lead to lethal labor tiers like radiation scrubbing.
The Blood Tax: Moderate offenses trigger mandatory, near-fatal weekly exsanguination cycles to feed the vampires.
Public Liquidation: Rebellion and sabotage face immediate public execution.
The Exile Protocol: Volatile supernaturals who commit treason are stripped of rank, fitted with power-dampening devices, and cast into the irradiated Outer Wastes. Returning means death on sight.
