So brother dearest and I hung out tonight. Caught up, remembered things, joked and jabbed.
And started thinking up new ideas for Knight Rider, mostly the 08 remake
Here's what we came up with, much of which made us laugh ourselves silly:
KITT swears, everyone looks at him in horror. He acts innocently.
Not inherently silly, but Android body. KITT has to learn how to human, highlights include, in no particular order:
-"KITT GET BACK HERE YOU MORON YOU'RE NAKED!" this being followed by, "but I don't possess your anatomy." "YOU STILL HAVE AN ASS!"
-KITT being annoyed by Mike's constant flirting with womenon the job. He combats this by very intentionally acting like he's a very flamboyantly gay man, and Mike in his. Mike threatens to kill him. A lot.
-KITT playing video games with Mike and Billy; he masters the games quickly, and both humans find it unfair
-KITT gets filthy, Mike is stuck teaching this AI how to shower, and then KITT has the AUDACITY to judge his "junk". "KITT if you don't shut up I'm going to drown you." "I don't breathe, Michael."
-expertly executed pranks, such as popping limbs loose and having pouches of fake blood at the ready. He's given everyone in the Foundation at least one bad scare.
Now some of the not so silly ideas:
-the movie Herbie makes him cry.
-he finds he can much more easily assist/protect Mike during missions.
-mentioning viruses causes him severe ptsd
-his claustrophobia is much more pronounced
-anything that can remind him of KARR also causes bad ptsd episodes
Other wholesome ideas we had were:
-Danny comes back to work for them, and KITT is all too happy to see him, or Danny is the one to help build his android body
-KITT exploring having emotions, and learning it's okay to feel, most importantly learning it's okay to feel fear and cry
