My anti-binge tips and tricks
Disclaimer: this is what I do and everyone is different so don’t feel bad if these don’t work.
1. Craving for high calorie sodas? Drink the zero calorie version of it. Diet tastes watered down and is high in sugar but zero sodas are sugar free, calorie free, and taste like the regular sodas.
2. Touch your stomach whenever you can, feel that? That’s shouldn’t be squishy and fat, it should be smooth and flat.
3. Binge on tumblr, this means go on tumblr a lot! Read everything it distracts you and you don’t feel the need to eat anymore.
4. Read, I love to read and it’s probably the only reason I’m able to get though the day.
5. Write, I love to write too. I have a story on Wattpad that people love. I never though anyone would ever love my writing and now I do it because of the people that love it. Not to mention it’s a serious time killer.
6. Drink more coffee! This is a big one for me, Coffee is the only think I usually allow myself because I always drink it with creamer. I get the sugar free creamer so it’s ten calories less. It’s also such a low amount of calories that I burn it off throughout the day.
7. Try on your clothes, I can’t tell you how many times I go through my closet and try on my clothes just to see if any of them have gotten bigger on me. If it has then great keep it up! If it hasn’t then it’s something to look forward to if you don’t give up!
8. Stare at yourself in the mirror, picture yourself skinny and beautiful instead of the way you are now.
9. Numbers. I did calculations on a website and found out that if I eat 500cals a day then I can be at my goal weight by the end of next month. That’s so close by and I can do it!
10. Stay away from the kitchen! It’s evil! Pretend that it’s lava and anywhere else in the house is safe. But seriously even going I got he kitchen gets to me. I have to steer clear!
