Jim- I don't think Jim would have a full grasp of his identity because he lacks the social experience + deep introspection to understand who he is. Even so, demisexual is the best way to describe his perspective on relationships. "Love at first sight" does not click with him. He needs time with that somebody to feel a closer connection.
