I'm not encouraging anybody to do what I do, but I guess if you're reading this, U're probably already in the same boat as me..
Here's 5 of the rules I follow religiously every single day.

âŞď¸Conđsisđtenđcyđ! The more you allow yourself to cheat, the longer it will take for you to reach your goal, and the sooner you will give up. Because no matter how many inspo you look at, nothing is more motivating than actual results.
âŞď¸đĽCount calories!!!đĽ I know I know. It's annoying! But I see so many girls falling for the "I only eat small portions" trap. You can have 1 small portion of something and without knowing it, it was actually 500 cals. No matter what your daily intake is (mine is 500),you need to follow it.
âŞď¸â¨Fastingâ¨. In my opinion, fasting for several days is the best way to end up binging. Im not a fan of this at all. But every single day, I eat once, at the same hour(6pm). It allows me to have 24hours between each meal.
âŞď¸đLow cal Emergenciesđ. I didn't know how to call that lol. But personally, during the day I snack on a few grapes and I drink a lewd amount of diet coke. I sometimes eat some low cal minth candies or gums. It does help, trust me.
âŞď¸đThe chew and spit rodeođ. No, I'm not talking about purging. But sometimes when the cravings are strong, and lord knows they can be, trying to keep your mind away from the food is actually keeping it in your mind! Grab that thing, go to the nearest bathroom/trash can, chew it, spit, and drink. That's how I avoid binging! I trick my brain into thinking I ate it.
