((No problem! There are two different routes that you can get for the lives of Sam and MC after the ending in SM2. So I’ll give headcannons for both ends~! : 3 ))
Staying in the Abyssal Plains End: As we know Sam and you both become the new demon king and queen of the underworld
You become a demon of Lilith~
God damn, Sam didn’t know how good you’d look as a pure bred demon like him and he’s speechless as all hell at first when you finish your transition into being a demon
It took a lot of adjusting for you, a lot of responsibilities have been placed onto your shoulders as being the Demon Queen of the Abyssal Plains and given you were originally human there are some...nastier demons who question your commandsÂ
Sam doesn’t take that bullcrap though, and he doesn’t hesitate to snarl or cuss out anyone who dares to question you and you bet if any demons tried to go as far as to hurt you? He’s gonna hurt them
Somedays can get really stressful or hard to make decisions have to be made, but you and Sam work together through them and you work to get all the alone time that you can
Ofc there is hot steamy demon sexy between Sam and you, are you kidding me? Grab onto those handlebars queen-
When you got the time Sam and you love cuddling in a warm comfortable bed and anytime someone comes in to interrupt you, Sam groans loudly and snaps for you two to have a few more minutes
Going back to the Human World End:
As we know Sam goes on to become a police officer and you’re free to do whatever your heart desires for a profession
There are some days that Sam is out really late due to the demand of his job and Sam worries about you feeling like he’s not there enough for you, but you assure him that his job is saving people and that you know he’ll come back
If Matthew or you or someone doesn’t make a joke to Sam on handing him a donut before he heads out to work in the morning, why is he even being a cop then?
There was one day when you were standing and doing the dishes and you look over to the TV with the news. It was talking about a hostage situation being held at a bank and as the newscaster was talking about one of the officers planning on going inside to negotiate, you saw the camera zoom in on Sam
Holy fucking shit you had never been more scared or terrified before about watching the man you love go into a building filled with a bunch of gun wielding humans
Okay, he is a demon and probably would be fine but still -Â
As the newslady was talking a bunch of gunshots run out followed by screaming, and you never felt your heart plummet so low down into your gut before in your life
You spend the next hour pacing nervously waiting for news and praying Sam is okay
Of course he’s okay - he’s a freakin’ demon - but yea no Sam got a bit of a smack to the chest that night when he came home and he apologized for worrying you. He wrapped his arms tightly around you, cradling and shushing and promising he’d never let himself die on the job and that he’d always be here to protect you
Sam being a cop is so damn clever, angsty, and beautiful -Â
