Hey just wondering if you have any advice for a big time drop in 50 free? (It's long course btw.) I need to take off 3 seconds by June
Practice reaction time off the start & don’t waste too much time underwater because don’t forget its a sprint. Also make sure you’re doing a lot of land work/training because that helps too because it’s not about fitness it’s about power and speed!
