These are great items because they’re fun for the herbivores to each, the carnivores to tear apart, and everybody to roll and throw around. They’re tactile, olfactory, and edible enrichment all in one! 

Hi. My name is Octavia. I am 24, disabled woc and currently stuck in an emotionally and physically abusive household. I need to get out of here.

* I was hit by a truck last year while living out of my car. My car was totaled. I had to move back in with my parents because I could no longer work. I was in physical therapy every day for months, have had multiple shots in my back and neck, have tried 7 different muscle relaxers and pain medications. I am unable to work in my field of study (which i have to start paying student loans in January). I cannot work retail or fast food. I cannot sit or stand for extended periods of time. I cannot lift anything more than 12 lbs. My depression and anxiety are so bad I have been kept in a mental hospital for trying to commit suicide. And yet, i have been denied disability. I am appealing that.

* When I was 15 i ran away because of neglect and abuse. I did not live with my father again until I was 19 and he was in a new relationship and things seemed okay. Things were and are not okay. I have lived through 5 years of constant emotional and physical abuse because of my father and his girlfriend. My fathers girlfriend is an alcoholic who gets drunk and attacks me and my father. This past Friday she flew into a rage punching and biting my father and myself, because I took a shower. She also went after my chihuahua. I am literally disabled with neck and back injury and have to deal with physical abuse like this AT LEAST every month. Earlier i mentioned living out of my car until it was totaled. I was living out of my car because my fathers girlfriend instigated a ridiculous lie and while arguing my father grabbed me by the ponytail and slammed me on the concrete steps. I had multiple cuts, abrasions, and my knee was messed up and has never been the same. I cannot get into every instance of abuse because it is so constant. I have been punched, slapped, scratched, told to kill myself, pushed into walls, etc etc etc. for 5 years. Now that I’m disabled i cannot just sleep in the walmart parking lot as i have in the past. I have zero other family to help me. I don’t have any close friends here. I have nothing.
