I recently found a picture of Amanda (I was in a habit of calling dogs human names) and got very sentimental. I know a lot of you have special connections with your current pets and the ones that you grew up with so I felt like it might resonate. I think Amanda taught me a lot about kindness and love as a child. Pets are so good.

I can’t complain - I got the bunny that I wanted in the end XD. This is another one of those times where what happened didn’t really click for me until I got older. So funny! Little me was very gullible.

The last time I visited my childhood home (my family doesn’t live there anymore) was also the first time I came back  in years and everything looked SO small in comparison to how I remembered it. The bathtub felt more like a pool when I was little XD.

Anyone else do this to check  if people  can hear the music from your headphones? I am always paranoid that it’s just loud enough for people to know when I’m obsessively listening to the same track again and again haha.

There’s just something very cosy and comforting about watching a movie at night - especially in good company. It always makes me even more sleepy, I can’t help it!!

Some more cute things that cats do. I find it so funny how they want attention but then act like they don’t even see you.

I keep notebooks with sketches and notes for future comic ideas. Some of the scribbles make noooo sense anymore.

I listen to a lot of metal and gothic rock and sometimes find the contrast of what I draw with what I listen to a bit amusing haha. What kind of music do you guys like? Anyone wanna recommend me your favourite music artist? Doesn’t matter what genre. I do like gothy sounding things like The Birthday Massacre, and Disturbed is my favourite band XD but my music library is very eclectic and I’m always looking for new stuff.

That one day kids at preschool thought I was cool haha. Playing make believe as a kid was the best. I think a huge part of why I like storytelling now is because of that. What kind of make believe games did you play as a kid? Or any fellow Sailor Moon bbs out there? :D me and my childhood friend had a whole fantasy universe figured out for our games. Maybe I’ll draw comics about that as well.

You guys have been asking how me and husband met- here’s the beginning of it, haha. I was very determined to focus on my studies and it didn’t go as planned. Being extremely shy - I proceeded to crush on him from afar and then he asked me out on a date. 

More cute things about dogs :> Do your pups do/have any of these? I love the lil wrinkles some have on their necks so much. Sooo cute.

That moment when you commit to carrying something too heavy 😂. We both do this all the time and refuse to give up - it’s very silly.

A Baby Beanie memory. I don’t think there was actually any dogs around to eat it the vanilla ice cream (and probably good because I don’t think ice cream is good for them XD?) but I think it’s also funny that I was so easily consoled by the prospect. 

True story. The first place we ever rented had a super thin wall in the living room and we didn’t realise for a while because the neighbour was apparently away most of the time. Luckily we didn’t live there for very long 😂.
