I started scouts in 2006 a size 40 scout pants. In 2017, I am wearing a size 16 scout pants. I feel better than I did back then. I am looking for 3-5 ladies who want to feel better & do what I do to feel better. Who’s in? (at Blythe, California)

Dinner with Family after a day of hearing the words of@God from living Prophet, apostles and leaders of the church. It was uplifting and encouraging to listen. Having my mom here was great. I have fallen in love with the process of working out every day. It was hard in the beginning to do it but after I saw results from my hard work, I can’t live without my workout every day or my body Just struggles with energy, and need to start over again each time I stop 🛑 no more. Transformation Tuesday. Not only@did I loose some #s and inches, I lost shame for how I felt about myself. It feels great to workout, sweat off toxins and get stronger. Getting ready to do it again. Who wants to get a jump start back on track? (at California/Arizona State Line)

New morning. I am blessed. What a beautiful sunrise.

So this is how my morning began. Stubbed my toes on my bench at the back of my bed at 5:10am. Then I drove my husband and coworker to the prison for work because they missed the vanpool. Walked one dog only around one block which is probably only 1/10th of a mile. My foot kills when walking on it. It is amazing how such a tiny structure of the body causes so much discomfort and disruption to ones body and Day. So my goal is to heal with rest, ice and elevation and then start again to get back on track Monday. Looking for upper body workout to substitute my full body workout. #afterbeakfast (at Blythe, California)

This is my view out my window. I love the clouds, the rain and the cooler weather. I enjoy waking up to this. I love all the green. I am definitely a green landscape girl for sure. I am blessed. (at South Carolina)

We workout and eat right for ourselves and these precious people. Today we did the yoga retreat. Felt good! It helps to have a partner for accountability. Scripture study and journaling my trip, setting business and personal goals before I do other things today. I have been treating my business like a hobby and not a life changing leadership business opportunity. I see the potential and purpose of what has changed my life and what can be done to change other's lives. I have seen what it has done to my life. I want others to have a life changing experience. The only way this will happen is if I am consistent. If I am sharing what has changed my life and sharing what I am learning and doing to keep my changes and make more. I have seen what this opportunity has done for others who work hard consistently and know I can do it too. Who's with me?
