I'm starting with nothing. No product. No store. No ad budget. Just me, my laptop, and $0 in my bank account. Today I spent 4 hours researching trends on Google Trends. Found a niche that's growing but nobody's talking about yet. I picked 3 potential products. Ordered samples from AliExpress — total cost: $12. While I wait for delivery, I'm learning Shopify's free trial. Here's what I know so far: most people fail because they pick products they like, not products people need.
