âHey, I said I was sorry already.â She looked around realizing they were alone before taking a step back and nodding. She uncrossed her arms and relaxed. âI usually have Leo take care of my car, but iâm sure youâre more than capable.â Tucking her stray hair behind her ear she kept her thoughts to herself as she didnât know who this girl was and didnât want to make any rash judgements. âAre you new? I just mean iâve never seen you here before..â
Alexis tensed at the girlâs words. She hated people prying into her business and generally did not respond well to personal questions. These were fairly harmless, though, and Alexis could tell that this woman was trying to be respectful. She hadnât put up a fight once she knew that Leo wouldnât be working with her today, and had even given her a vote of confidence, so Alexis begrudgingly decided that she should return the favor.  âYeah, I .. uh ... moved here about three weeks ago. My nameâs Alexis and Iâve been working with cars my whole life, so donât worry, youâre in good hands. Uh ... whatâs your name?â
