Finally After 10 days I have been able to do a slow steady workout. It felt so good to start moving and to give my body an extra little push again. I know it’s so hard to find the motivation to workout when stuck in the house. I have no equipment and I’m just thankful for workout apps and that my sister has a decent size garden to move around in. More than anything it did wonders for my mental health. Fresh air + workout movement =really helped to just clear my head and get out of a funk I put myself in. Yesterday I sat on the sofa all day and I watched & finished season 3 of Ozark in one long sitting 🤣 P.S that show is Amazzzinngggg. @ozark keep safe everyone, stay inside and love to you all 😘 #dowhatfeelsgoodforyou #staysafe
