My gothic sarree is an marriage between a traditional Indian garment and modern gothic aesthetic.

Mix and match design sketches also for my portfolio.

Titled simply “Angel” is a piece that I made for my portfolio for applying into FIT. Inspired my the mat gala theme “heavenly bodies” and “camp” came this amalgamation. The background made of the concept art i did for the sketch and i made it look “aged” by the good old coffee trick. The design itself is based of Dantes description of angles in “dantes paradise” with multiple sets of wings. The body is set of be built of a sheer golden fabric to represent the belief of angles being made of light
