WHAT?? This Sunday 4.27.18 I will have been on Plexus for 30 days. I started 3.29.18. I’ve lost 3.6 pounds. I went down 1 pant size, I’ve lost a half an inch on my hips and 3 inches around my waist.

I’ve gained almost 2 pounds. This is normal before the weight loss. 2 pounds is not much of a difference, however its the bloating thats getting to me right now! One week down, a lifetime to go

So, it’s officially been a week on the Plexus Triplex. I’ve had stomach discomfort, bloating, dizziness, hot flashes, moodiness, mild headaches and mild nausea. FREQUENT bathroom visits. I’m tired and run down from getting over this nasty cold. However these are discomforts/symptoms I have on many days anyway so not overly different from usual life and this is completely normal to go through while detoxing. This means my body is toxic. I’ve also had decreased anxiety except for when I feel really full haha. I’ve lost 2 inches on my waist, although there is no change in the number on the scale. I weigh myself every other day. Everyday I tell myself to keep it up and look forward to the positive changes and the fact that I’m ridding all of these built up toxins from my body. I am now increasing my biocleanse and probio5. Everyday I take 1 slim packet and 2 Biocleanse in the AM and 2 Biocleanse and 2 Probio5in the PM.

I go into this next week with great excitement, I’ll report back soon

These are my original measurements before taking Triplex Plexus then compared to current measurements. I will redo my measurements in a few weeks to compare. Weight has stayed the same so far. It hasn’t been a week yet. I’ve lost 2 inches on my waist already probably from reduced bloating. I am almost over my cold.. THANK YOU NASA. It’s been a rough one
