The UFC seems tame in comparison. From the bloody logo, to the girls, to the sheer chaos that ensues, it's beyond belief. Future of MMA? This is one step closer to full on gladiator battles with lions and swords. A part of me feels pity for these young fighters. But then another part realizes that they'd probably join the fight even if there was zero pay.

Just completed my first Shyp shipment for an eBay sale. Timeline: 3:15PM - Requested pickup. 3:22PM - Met courier. Gave items. 3:26PM - Done. This took 10 minutes time. No boxes, tape, printing labels, or waiting in line at the post office. #mindblown Quick hack tip: I've been a Shyp member for 8 months since began in LA, but was frustrated that Shyp didn't service my zip code. I realized Shyp services a zip blocks from me, so I just scheduled a pickup at a store parking lot. Shady? Yes. Effective? Definitely!

In August, I bought a “new” compact washing machine from Groupon that was delivered with dented sidewalls. I requested a return and support said “no return on appliances.” Several emails later get escalated to a supervisor who approved the return but no UPS pickup. I had to carry the machine down two flights of stairs and injured my back while trying to wiggle it into the rear of my Mercedes, which didn’t fit. Had to carry the machine back up the stairs. Several emails back and forth and they approve of UPS pickup, but I have to pay for it and they will credit me with Groupon Bucks. September 16th UPS picks up the unit. 43 days pass, multiple emails with promises to be credited within 10 days and today receive an email that my refund has been processed. Ten more days. Let this be a lesson to you all. NEVER EVER purchase anything from Groupon, EVER, AGAIN!
