Maekar makes sure to squawk indignantly every single time he's scooped up but keeps putting himself in situations where Dunk needs to carry him (he enjoys it) (it's not often anyone he trusts anyone enough & they're strong enough for him to allow himself to be vulnerable & manhandled). Also, they both know Maekar loves his fancy clothes too much to ever be remotely okay with staining them. He can't allow his hoard to be damaged!

& after the spring sickness Dunk insists on carrying Valarr everywhere until he's got his strength back. Valarr gets very flustered getting princess carried everywhere.

Rowan & Raymun love that he can hold them both at once and still have a hand to spare to open doors.

The one time Dunk tries to carry Bloodraven, it's like picking up a feral cat. Brynden gets a broken ankle in one of the arcs & would rather be thrown in a corner and be left there for the weeks it takes to heal.

Baelor preens at how easily his knight can scoop him, a seasoned warrior, up in his arms. When a lord was saying some not particularly subtle thing about flea bottom & its residents, Baelor just got Dunk to carry him away from the conversation.

Daeron loves getting piggybacks on Dunk. Especially when he's having to go through withdrawals after An Incident. Lyonel also gets carried this way while shouting like he's riding a steed into battle.

After particularly bad spells - especially during some of the Blackfyre stuff that happens later - Dunk carries Shiera where she needs to go. She likes how jealous & irritated her nephews get about it so she drags it out longer than necessary.

One time, Dunk has to fireman carry Aerys cos the prince hadn't slept or eaten in 3 days. The screeching could be heard all across the keep.
