Time would start again but not like it would normally. I actually put a lot of thought into this because I considered it heavily for the story. Will I still use it? Who knows? But I won't finish answering the question for that reason.

For everyone else they popped up around their 20s. Patton is in his late 20s, almost 30. That's late but that's also because he never used his powers until he moved out. That being said... Logan was a teenager. He was about 15ish when it happened because he used his all the time his whole life.

No but funny how that worked out for him. Powers grew with him and his powers gave him what he wanted. Almost like it's kind of what he always wanted : )
