This weekend has been full of various unexpected things, which took me to a roller coaster of emotions. I am praising God for letting me see his goodness and mercy in the midst of (really?) hard things. I also see how better things are to come from this hardships. This is real life. There's no "I have it all together" Is that even a thing? I just long for my glorified body, so that this place won't be even a memory. I am still thankful for all the medical care I am able to receive, especially here in the States because people in Venezuela don't have ibuprofen. (at Loyola University Hospital-Outpatient Center)

As it is coming to an end...
This semester has been one of the hardest so far. I had relational conflicts, living problems and conviction from the Lord in overwhelming amounts.
During this time I learned that in those fights with friends the good Lord will bring me and the other person closer to himself. He showed me how sinful we can be and how easily we can forget that.
How much can we serve others when we are busy and tired? Are we willing to sacrifice our comfort for others?
Lastly, I didn’t experience conviction about my sin at this capacity in a very long time. It was so much that felt like drowning, chocking, dying. There was so much sin. Everywhere. Every space of me.
I spent a couple of days in the dark. Looking at it was uncomfortable and hard. But all this drew me closer to his love and the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Now I can say again (once more) I am in the light. I am forgiven. I am loved. I am a new creation, he is making me new every day. Making me to the likeness of his only Son.
I had the honor and opportunity to volunteer for #launchaleader I wanna say that answering phone calls is not my favorite thing to do, but I love to hear people's encouragements, prayer requests, and their stories. It is also a way to serve Moody so that they can get the donations through. Praise God that he makes us able and more like the likeness of Jesus Christ.
