Girl is a Problem

“I’m so so sorry.”

“Mhm, no kisses for you.”

“I didn’t mean it like that!” 

“You should be ashamed of yourself.”

“Come here.” Mason said as he reached his arms out for her. “I’m going to kiss you wether you like it or not.”

“That right there is sexual assault.”

“If you don’t kiss me then I’m going to have to kiss you.”

“Not allowed,” she said as she stepped away with a smile.

“You know I have stuff I’m doing here, hell who knows I may end up teaching here.”

Layla teased the girl with a grossed out look on her face. “Who knew you’d end up liking it here,” she smiled. “But you’ve also lived your life, I haven’t and just want to explore.”

“You’re no fun.” He pouted.

“I’m sorry,” she giggled.

“I’m still waiting for that kiss.” Mason said as he put his hand on her cheek. “Give me a few days to think about it, okay?” 

“I’m not kissing you until I know your answer,” she said firmly, looking up at him and nodding.

“He isn’t my boyfriend so…”

“So the rumors are true. You’re leaving me here by my lonesome.”

“Not necessarily leaving you- You could always join me and explore the world with your best friend.”

“She isn’t my girlfriend.. We broke up a couple weeks ago.” Mason told her. “When do you leave?”

“Oh,” she said, unable to hide her smile. “Friday.”

“Kiss me and I’ll seriously think about it.”

“I can’t- Nadia..”

Mason wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her close to him. “I want to.”

“But will you?”

“I don’t want to live my life without having you close.”

“Then come with me!”

“But what am I supposed to do without you here?”

“You live your life just like you have been this past month. Plus it’s not like you’re staying here forever, eventually you can come visit.”

“Why can’t you stay here with me?” Mason asked her. “And you can meet my sisters.” 

“I can’t live here anymore. I feel suffocated. I’ve always wanted to see the world and it’s about time I do it.”

“I’m being honest. Hell you leave and Mason will probably go into a deep depression.”

“Not really.”
