I wish I was better

I’m ready but I’m still stuck on whether I want to voice how I felt or to just let it go. I don’t know if it would truly benefit me if I told you how I really felt but I feel like I owe it to you. But at this point would you even care to listen? I don’t like the idea of telling you and making you feel like shit but you did want to know what you did wrong. I wanted to tell you but I was scared that you’d get mad or too sad. But I don’t want to be stuck with this weight on me I guess? I try not to think about the past but some of it is still stuck with me and it does affect me some days and I hate it. I wish I had said something to you earlier then we both wouldn’t have been hurt so much.

I hate having this empty feeling. It just makes it all feel so heavy and then I start to feel stuck again.

Talking with you has brought me so much comfort and peace. Thank you for acknowledging that I wasn’t crazy for feeling what I felt. For saying everything I thought and just hearing me out.
