Day 1 of the Inktober challenge! I’ve decided to join the challenge this year - wish me luck in completing all 30 days. Followed the official prompt ‘Fish’ for this one. Tribute for the potential sharks to be sacrificed for a cure.

A new sketch combining multiple styles

All drawings will be drawn in my style, which is a semi realistic one. Understand that I am not very adept at drawing Chibi or an extremely cartoon-esque style, so I cannot assure the outcome of those if requested (but as always, I will try my best!)

The fantasy carnival themes in this book were beautiful and everything I could have ever wanted to read about. It was a pleasure to bring my favourite mysterious artist to life

This is proof of the progress I’ve made in my illustrating journey in two years, and I’m proud of myself for constantly improving

The scales are something new, but I love the outcome of the light and shadow on them. I definitely have room for improvement, and this was a good practice piece.
