There are approximately 4 million Syrians who are now trying to escape death in Syria. Many are stranded, lost, suffering or already dead. These are called “War Refugees” not “Migrants”. Thousands are already living below poverty line in camps and tents in Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, and Greece, and thousands are trying to reach Europe because thats their last hope. They are not after your tax money or your jobs, they are after rescuing their children and families from eminent death.

“It kind of surprised us honestly. When the music was written it reminded us of the first version of the song “Let the Flames Begin”, and it had a very similar vibe. It had a dark, kind of eerie theme to it. We like this band ‘mewithoutyou’ a lot and they’ve always done ‘part twos’ and we always thought those were cool and we always wanted to do it. It seemed like an opportunity to update that. Live-wise for Let the Flames Begin we developed this outro and we seemed really passionate and it always game off its hinges, so we wanted to try and do that on a recording.
