When most of us went back to work/uni, Umi dont cook much.. like she only cooks simple dishes or just Abah to buy.

I am now at home and last two days Umi cooked Nasi Kerabu, harini Umi cooked Nasi Lemak + Sup Tulang 😭

I cant imagine how she really feel deep inside. All her life, she cooks for us day and nights. So not having us at home, must have make dent in her routine now. (Well I glad she can rest, but you know… Mom. How much rest would they want to get before they do another chore.)

I am gonna go back to city this Sunday and she already ask me to wfh another week 😭😭😭 how I wish I can.

Or is it because I waste my time on phone.. in my defence, my screen time (which is non-work) is the only escape that I can afford nowadays.

Hoping for days that I’m able to bring myself a little happier in the sense of more motivated to do a lil bit more. Not just waking up to scrum meetings and go to bed right after shutting down laptop.

May Allah gives me strength to just pickup bits and pieces of me back to myself.
