Some pains take a long time to feel better, and that’s okay. We’ll be kind and patient with ourselves in the meantime.

This too shall pass. It can be hard to see anything but the sadness when things are tough, but the sadness will pass in time, as it always does. 

Our priorities and interests change over time, and that’s perfectly okay! We don’t have to stay the same, and in fact, it can be very freeing to change! 🌱

We all have such different practices to be physically and mentally healthy- part of life is figuring out what works well for you! 🌱💛 I hope this piece helps illustrate how varied and different ways of life can all be healthy!

I think a lot of us are going through a lot, and it can feel a little scary and vulnerable to be positive. But sometimes we need that positivity to get through and find better days. So hang in there! Let’s all be a little hopeful. ♡
