Up y’all lemon shots even if you’re just feeling a little sick. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both ends into a cup. Remove the seeds. Sprinkle a few dashes of cayenne pepper, ground turmeric, and ground ginger. Mix well then take it like a shot of liquor. Nose stuffy? Put a drop of eucalyptus essential oil into your tissue before you blow your nose with it. Add a few drops of it in your steamy shower as well. Open your shit right on up.
