Just a silly little guy 🍉

I feel like it gets treated a lot like this terrible forbidden magic. It's dangerous. It's too powerful. It has to be avoided.

But. Taking Odile's theory as truth. The only reason it got that powerful is because people were wishing wrong, that it built up, and Siffrin doing the ritual correctly released that all at once. Someone else pointed out a theory that the King's wish was so powerful for the same reason.

It was a huge part of their culture. That they did this subconsciously even with the memories gone. That's how important this was to him. Even if it's understandable Siffrin has bad associations with it now, it's still a huge part of their life. Why should he have to give that up because it's "dangerous"?

If more people knew how to wish correctly, it wouldn't have built up anywhere near as much. So I think that knowledge should be shared. If more people knew what they were doing, if more people made little wishes, it wouldn't be anywhere near a problem.

So today I tripped. Fell flat on my face, it was awful but ultimately harmless. My service dog, however, is trained to go get an adult if I have a seizure, and he assumed this was a seizure (were training him to do more to care for me, but we didn’t learn I had epilepsy until a year after we got him)

I went after him after I had dusten off my jeans and my ego, and I found him trying to get the attention of a very annoyed woman. She was swatting him away and telling him to go away. So I feel like I need to make this heads up

If a service dog without a person approaches you, it means the person is down and in need of help

I honestly didn’t know that I was supposed to follow a service dog in a vest if it approached me by itself.
