I can’t believe your anons are making me defend Ghost but do not compare that project to MCR and Gerard Way ever again. MCR fans fuck up every scene they try and get into with their annoying theater kid bandom behavior goth, emo, hardcore, metal, and punk have all degraded directly because of MCRand its fans. Every time I see a weirdo shipping metal band members it’s always some kweer current or formerMCR fan. MCR can best be described as a MySpace pop band with a hot topic paint coat closer to the likes of Hollywood Undead then any respectable music project. Ghost at least has 3 good early albums with fans that either stay contained to the band or move beyond to other real metal subgenres without issue. Tobias Forge may go around on stage in a dumb outfit and mask, but at least he’s not fat, with 5 o’clock shadow, generally looking like a unwashed comic book nerd from 2005, in a cheerleader outfit singing black parade because even his own fans don’t like his other music. Also his comic Umbrella Academy fucking sucks too.
