Helloo, soo I am that anon who wrote that entire au Or universe of the reverse harem, I love daibolik lovers and I think sometimes people forget it IS a reverse harem game.
ANYWAY I am glad that you love my thoughts and I would love share some more with you!!
1) okay another thing, kino becomes the ruler of ghouls. (Yes, he found them a good land as promised)
At first he just wanted to stay there, but yui kinda changed his mind, because knowing how lonely he had been all his life and that he should stay with his brother's, now yuri takes care the matters but still takes permission from kino on certain matters and the ghouls follow kino's orders very strictly.
2) a special bonus, as we all know ayato entire childhood was based on trying to better, the best, first in everything even in the throne due to cordelia strict actions. Yui and laito, kanato discussed something with reiji and shu, and gave ayato a certain position. (That is the head of sakamaki manor!! Which is a very important position as well). Originally reiji ws going to take that place but since he can't leave shu alone so yea he gave it to ayato. (Ayato felt very emotional at the moment)
Laito: nfu~ ayato-kun is getting all sentimental, how cute!
Ayato: shut up! You pervert!
Kanato: hmph, what a sight.
Ayato: are you looking for a fight?!
Laito: *puts a arms around both of them*
Alrighty!~ let's not fight you two! Today is ayato-kun's very special day~
Ayato: I did not--ugh forget it.
Laito and kanato: *a little shock at first, both stare a glance*
Laito: ma!~ it's fine ayato-kun after all you worked really hard for this, you deserve this.
Kanato: I didn't think I would even say this, but you are the most capable to do this job I guess.
Ayato: *grins happily and puts an arm around both of them*

3) I REALLY loved the fact that how you said carla, and shin would have the kids first becuz yea, as the founder bloodline and stuff, even if they agreed to share a wife, they still hold there pride very well. Carla having a daughter and shin having a son is perfect. (I think carla daughter would be elegant, reserved, intelligent like Wednesday addams but VERY gentle to, got that from yui and shin's son being a chaotic child with brute strength and power)
Both the kids adore there mother (yui) and are very protective towards her, as despite carla and shin affection, they both are strict in certain fields while yui is the gentle mother who would do anything to protect her children and provide comfort.
4) andd for the other kids!! For sakamaki! I think:
• SHU: he would have a son first, HEAR ME OUT. a son and a daughter (he names his son edgar and the daughter is yet so small or infant so yea they haven't thought of a name yet)
• REIJI: okay as much I think of reiji being a girl dad, I think a son would be more fitting. Since he was neglected as a child, and no one ever acknowledged his accomplishments, he always looks out for his son, never makes him feel abandoned or neglected and praises his inventions. (Though he is wishes for a daughter that looks like yui 🤗, but a little shy to say it out loud)
• AYATO: A son probably, they both have arguments about who loves yui more. 🤣🤣 (and ofc takoyaki)
• LAITO: a daughter, I just think that laito is the most educated in women than the other brothers becuz of his past experiences. He would be a great girl dad tbh, dresses, sweets, heels anything his daughter wants, he gets. He would call yui his "queen" And his daughter "his princess". And a son later on, who is always getting in his way to kiss or get close to yui. " You are being a pervert dad", "that's my wife". ( I think a son would be more Preferable for him 🤣)
(Based on the carnival one where he called yui his queen)
• KANATO: as much I think kanato would not like kids, I think he would love a daughter, whom he can dress up, play with stuffed toys and stuff.
•SUBARU: either a daughter or a son, becuz originally in the game ending they were going to have a son named Adam, but I also think a daughter would be lovely to (he would name her after his mother)
•KINO: SON. no comments. He would spoil him, love him, shower him with love, teach him about online games, he may not say it often but he is very very happy how yui gave him his own little prince.
•RUKI: a son, would read to him, help him with studies, teach his son how to cook, oh! And cooking dates with yui and his son are his FAVORITE, even though in teenage his sun burned the kitchen down one time with his siblings). (A headcanon)
•KOU: I think a daughter would be very lovely for kou, his own little kitten! Though he wouldn't mind a son neither. I think he would make, a child social media page making family content with everyone.
•YUMA: a daughter, he is the BEST girl dad ever!!! Can you imagine the interactions the tooth rotting fluff?!! Ahhhh!!!
Azusa: a son first and then a daughter. He would be a great father. The sweetest!
(At first everyone thought like the kids couldn't get along mostly the boys, but unexpectedly they all are very fond of each other, even though there were some fights to want yui's attention but they respect, admire there half sibling's and care for them, and I can really tell Yui always gives each kid, the same amount of affection, she would be the best mother!)
+ BONUS! The kids are VERY VERY PROTECTIVE OVER THERE MOTHER! (Yui), they always listen to her and love her alot, and would protect her with there lives. I wrote alot I just get excited I am sorry 😭😭. Hope you like thissss. 💗💗 lemme know if you want to know moreeee

I agree with you. Reverse Harem is great and when there is a thing called polygamy why not use its potential lol. One cake is great but 13 cakes is awesome haha. Although I have ideas for solo ships, I enjoy the polygamy AUs more. Yui is a queen. The queen deserves her own harem XD.
I really like to see Kino as the king. It doesn't matter if he's the king of vampires or ghouls, but with someone like Shu, it makes more sense for Kino to be the leader of the ghouls. I always imagine that Kino would really enjoy having a real family because he's never felt the love of his parents in his life, so I really like to imagine the Sakamakis accepting him as an older or younger brother. Kino spending more time with his family and Yuri being in charge in his absence is a great idea. This way, Kino can both have his title as king and experience the normal life he's always wanted, alongside Yui and his brothers.
Oh my god. Ayato's conversation with his brothers is really cute and endearing. Ayato really deserves this title. Our lovely boy has worked so hard for it and I can imagine he may have trouble with this responsibility at first but with Reiji's guidance he'll be able to handle it. Poor Reiji is going to have a very difficult experience lol. Kidding.
Yui's and Diaboys children:
Thanks for sharing your idea for their children too. I really need more ideas like this to complete my novel series. Although I already made up my mind for Carla and Shin, I had no idea for the other boys and this really helps.
Shu: The idea of Shu as a father is so cute. I'm sure becoming a father will affect Shu a lot. Shu should definitely have an older son and a younger daughter. Although one of my friends Moni @diabolik-art-blog shared some ideas with me, she would like Shu to have two daughters, 3 years apart. Maybe I'll write two AUs for Shu hehe. I love both ideas 😭. Help me what should I do.
Reiji: The best father to his child and the best husband to Yui. It doesn't matter if the child is a boy or a girl. Reiji raises them with love, maybe a little strict, but always responsible for everything. A gentleman.
Ayato: I agree with you 100%. Ayato should have a son and no one can change my mind. The thought of Ayato and the chaos he's going to have with his son is so cute. These two are going to be the most mischievous father and son in the world. God help poor Yui. She'll love her chaotic husband and son.
Laito: A girl would be great for Laito. After all the things he's been through, he's very overprotective about his daughter, but he loves her so much and he enjoys spending time with her dear daughter.
Kanato: I don't know if it's right to say this, but I still can't imagine Kanato as an adult. It's hard for Kanato to imagine him with a child. I need to work on it to see how I can help develop his character when I write my novel. I hope I succeed.
Subaru: I don't care if Subaru has a son in the game. Subaru should have a daughter too. He really is a girldad. The idea of Subaru with a girl is so cute. Just imagine him having a mini version of Yui. He'll be the happiest man in the world.
Kino: Regardless of whether the child is a boy or a girl, I like to imagine their relationship as chaotic as Ayato's. Not for each other, of course. These two are going to cause a lot of trouble and have fun together. They would have silly arguments over Yui. Like who loves mama more ^^. They will play video games together. He will call his child my prince/princess.
Ruki: I already have written a fanfic about Ruki and his two sons with Yui. Even though this fanfic was a tragedy, the idea of Ruki as a father in a good and romantic AU is going to be so cute. Anyway the fanfic is in my main blog @dia-souls . Here is the link if you're interested. But I warn you this fanfic is not cute and has tragedy ending.
Kou: Aaaaaaaaa I like to imagine Kou with a daughter, I think it would be great.
Yuma: my friend Moni also sent me her ideas about Yuma's children. She also thinks Yuma is a girl dad. And the idea of triplets girls is really cute and cool to her. Personally I really like to imagine a lot of children for Yuma, I think triplets girls would be enough. You can imagine their father-daughter relationship. The three little girls climb on Yuma's shoulders and he hugs and tickles them. Sometimes they ask mama Yui to join them and when Yui resists, Yuma hugs all four of them together and takes them to bed and tickles them all 🥺❤️.
Azusa: Like More Blood, Azusa will probably have three children. Two girls and a boy... maybe even two girls and two boys. Azusa is going to be the best and most loving father in the world.
I also agree with you. The children are very protective of their mother and love mama Yui so much. And they also get along well with their half-brothers and half-sisters. They will have great siblings relationships.
However, if anyone says that this many children are too many for Yui, you are completely wrong. When Yui becomes queen, she will probably become a vampire or a founder with Shu or Carla's blood so that the 13 boys can live a good life with their beloved Yui forever. They will do everything to make Yui immortal like them and when this happens, Yui will have enough time forever. So a lot of children is not impossible at all.
