Be You, Bravely.

I haven’t cut myself in a year. I don’t plan to. If I was going to tonight would have been the night but I know I can not control other people’s actions or thoughts. It won’t help me and it won’t change them so I’m popping some anxiety meds and passing out.

I have diagnosed major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, PTSD, and anorexia. I still manage to reply to my friends within a couple hours of their message always and care about them genuinely. Mental disorders aren’t an excuse.

I know it’s just a part of life and it doesn’t happen just to me. But I swear almost every person I’ve loved deeply enough to say I’d love them always, no matter what chooses to leave me. I almost never cut anyone out so it’s definitely of their doing. When I say I’ll love you forever I fucking mean it and will continue to act that way. Love and empathy are the only things that matter. Its just difficult to feel empathetic when I feel unwanted and ignored constantly.
