Huh. It's not supposed to do that.
The lowest data bit of keyboard seems to oscillate when I press the N key, and sometimes that means the bit appears high when it should appear low. This results in typing an O instead. Every other key seems to be reasonable consistent.
What's also not consistent is that sometimes I get double key presses, which isn't great, but I can't seem to capture the strobe doing that. I need to see what it's doing on the scope in order to get an idea of what I'm trying to fix.
Yay early 1970s keyboards...

Apple Macintosh XL (1985)
Here’s a weird, underrated footnote in Apple history: the Macintosh XL was essentially an Apple Lisa 2 rebranded as a Macintosh. Apple’s goal was simple—move remaining Lisa inventory and reposition it for the growing Mac ecosystem.
What made it “Mac”? The key was MacWorks XL, software that enabled Macintosh (64K ROM) emulation, letting the machine run many Mac apps—while still retaining its Lisa roots.
