I’m terribly sorry to hear that you have to deal with chronic pain in this life as well as the last. It must be incredibly frustrating. Let yourself be frustrated, but don’t wallow in it. You are allowed to be upset and angry and sad - whatever you feel, you are allowed to feel it. But don’t let your negative emotions consume you. Find something good in every day, because you deserve good things. You are an incredibly strong and inspirational person, and you have my utmost respect.

There are many wonderful things happening in science at the moment! Neural bypasses are being developed, stem cells are being used to print organs, our understanding of the human brain is advancing, and there are more theories about time than we could ever imagine. Everybody has a different perspective regarding and understanding of time and its passage, which makes everyone incredibly unique. Your thoughts and your ability to understand and communicate and exist are some of the most precious and beautiful things about you.

Please do not dislike yourself. Dislike your illness as much as you like, but do not dislike yourself. You are an amazing and unique and strong individual. Nobody ever has or ever will experience existence as you do. Rare things are worth loving, and your existence is the most rare of all. This may make you feel incredibly alone. Paradoxically, you are not. Because everybody else is just as unique as you are, you have something in common: you do not know the other person’s experience in existence. Welcome advice, share stories, revel in the incredibility of human life.
