Link had been sent out to work with Revali and to make sure that everything was going according to plan. The day had been long as they’d gone through the improvements and changes of the Divine Beast, and how Revali was managing it. He hadn’t eaten much, and although he was reluctant to join Revali anywhere, he was quite hungry.
After a moment of consideration, Link nodded and trailed behind, adjusting his warmer clothes. The salmon did look good, and he was sure that Revali knew how to prepare it.
When they found a cook pot and settled, Link carefully signed to Revali. ‘ We should meet with the others before sundown tomorrow or they may begin to worry. ‘
Settling himself upon the earth floor, Revali observes the other in silence, choosing not to respond just yet. Instead, the Rito’s attention is drawn to the task of cooking the fish. With the help of some sticks he’s managed to procure, he sets dinner up so that it’s able to properly cook whilst he prepares some spicy peppers that he located along their journey to the cooking pot.
After a drawn out & taxing day in the Hylian’s company, sharing a meal didn’t sound appealing in the slightest. Still, it’s best to make sure the other is fed for Revali doesn’t have to deal with the nagging of certain Champions that await their arrival.
