Hmmmmmm this one is a hard one to answer because there's some stuff that I'm personally okay with that technically falls under "suggestion" category, but it quickly gets out of hand and turns into people demanding that I do certain things =v=;a

I think we'll start with this guideline:

Okay to "suggest"

asking about including certain things from canon lore. I don't always know everything about the stuff I'm writing about, so hearing about lore that I've missed is nice 8D

suggestions on different parts of world building to expand on.

requests/suggestions to expand on certain existing scenes

Not okay:

Telling me outright to do something specific, especially if said thing is based on fan interpretations.

Suggest anything related to romance, or pairings. Romance is not my thing, and shipping is such a fire pit that easily blows up that I just don't wanna deal with it.

Trying to "correct" or change anything already existing in the story.

Most of the stuff I write I actually have the full idea already fleshed out for the main story. And if I don't, I'll do like I did with Phantom Rouges and out right ask for help/ideas from the readers.

I accept it like a badge of honor.

Only secret in the sense it's an NPC that we haven't really done anything about yet. We have as part of the lore that rockstar Sonic is known for doing a lot of cameos and collabs with people, and he'll make it a point to match their vibes and brand even though he has his own. So pastel girlie pop outfit, death metal grunge, classic pop boyband, whatever, he doesn't mind he'll wear it and sing those people's songs with them. So there obviously has to be other singers in verse, and the Florence sounding one was just me thinking that one of them sounded like her X'D

Buddy honey I am screaming laughing at this that was such a wild rollarcoaster to read I've been cackling ALL DAY X'DDDDD I adore you had the guts to send me this even on anon. I started reading this like "oh honey it's okay, don't be shy" and then quickly flipped into "WAIT I UNDERSTAND WHY YOU'RE ON ANON NOW WHEEEEZE"

I agree with you though in the sense that I freaking love this version of Ferrell. Happ was the one that did pretty much all of his visual design, I only gave a few comments on colors (I vaguely remember he was brown instead of navy?? e,-) She just spoils me by letting me help develop his backstory =7=

There was a muffled shout. Manic shoved the door open and tumbled out of the closet. Just catching up on older chapters X'D I like to have at least one drawing for each one, just for fun.

HASJKDKAS I will have to get back to you on that X’DDD Happ hasn’t designed Sally yet, so I’m not sure what she looks like for the AU, and I don’t really wanna just grab other versions of her.

I wanted to answer the stuff about the pairing though, so I'm responding before we get the drawings done.

Little note though: Honestly for the romance/pairing stuff, I’m not the one to ask for too many details on it X’DD I’m not really into romance and shipping and if I had my way 99% of the stuff would be platonic fluff. But if you guys want to ask about it and are too shy to ask Happ directly or want to be on anon I can play relay.

Sonic and Sally will not be a thing. They’re more “bossy older sister” and “annoying little brother” type relationship. They were childhood friends for about 2 years where Sally would have to sort of babysit him, then Sonic disappeared for a while before showing up at Chuck’s burned down cabin in the RV with Tails. There are people in the Resistance that think Sonic and Sally are dating, especially since there’s only a few people in the top ranks that even know Sonic has super speed. Most people think Sonic is just allowed to be around because he’s Sally’s childhood friend and Tails’ brother, but there’s rumours that float around that Sally keeps Sonic around because he’s a pretty face and/or a fun little distraction for her. (Take that as you want) She’s the Commander though, and none of the other higher ups comment about it so no one says anything outright.

So far the only confirmed ships I know are these ones:

Sonic X Amy: slow burn, not a big focus, but probably the main ship of the story? Sonic and Tails are convinced that Manic and Amy are dating until Sonia asks them about it, so there hasn’t been much about it yet but crumbs.

Jules X Aleena: Obviously X’D They’re the triplets parents. Pretty adorable. But who knows if much will get published about them.

Ferrell X Margo: The accident. Margo was only ever supposed to be Manic’s shady back alley doctor. But then while we were building Ferrell’s backstory a little more he and Margo just kind of clicked and refused to be separated. No one but them and Kurt really know they’re a thing though, they don’t wanna talk about it and don’t even know Kurt knows. We call them the situationship.

Happ mentioned to me that part of why Manic is so cuddly is because he's missing his siblings. And I started to wonder if the triplets had a different vibe when around each other. Just more comfy, at ease, and in each other's space kind of thing. And wondered if Sonic ever asked Tails if people were able to remember others from before they're born.

And after googling if that's possible I found this

I was SO sleepy yesterday, so ended up doodling some sleepy boys in a pose that's been stuck in my head for awhile.

They were making up lore reasons for recent at the time stuff partly cause they barely had any translations for the games and stuff.

Like, when Amy was made into a more important character when SA1 was released, their explanation for her redesign was she wished on a magic ring to make herself physically (but not mentally) older. And the residue of that ring is why she's able to summon her hammer.

The added drama was something like the ring was supposed to save Sally's father or something???

They also had Sonic being a player in the comics for no reason and it was messyyyy

With Sonia it kinda feels like she's the one that leans the most into that richness.

Uhhh Happ was actually the one that found them all, so I'm not sure if it was intentional e,e She sent me What I'm Made Of that Nick covered without even telling me it was her voice headcanon, and I just kinda assumed and jumped on board with "Oh this is Sonic doing concerts 8D"

And then for Manic she pitched 21 Pilots to me first, because she loves them?? Maybe. Anyway I feel so bad but something about Tyler's voice scratches my brain wrong. So she suggested Written by Wolves and after going through their songs I threw one back at her and we both just jumped on "omg wait this is TOTALLY Manic" XD

Sonia I actually really love AmaLee's cover of Ruler of My Heart, and Happ loves the ... uhhh the porcupine girl in that one movie that Scarlet voices? XDD Too lazy to look it up atm.

I think it's more that we just heard certain songs that hit the vibe for the kids so well XD

I vaguely remember something about Happ wanting Sonia to have a distinct voice and that's why she's so popular for doing shows for the nobles? So yeah, Sonia having a lower, rich tone was deliberate.

amg this is personal thoughts, but while I wouldn't attach Florence to Sonia, I absolutely feel like there's another singer in Robotropolis that's like her XD

Living in the City is catchyyyy 8DD It's okay that it's a Sonic song though, it's actually highly likely that there's cover versions of all of them singing all the songs XD

okay I've heard some of Lollia's songs before and they never really clicked, but this one I'm kinda vibing with for Sonia 8DD same with Caitlin 8D Soft songs are totally okay, the kiddos do a wide range XD

okay wait I actually really love Oktavia XD she sounds so perfect with that range between upbeat and soft songs

Ohhhh I LOVE Ingrid's voice toooo 8DDD It makes sense for the song to skip the rap part since we headcanon that only Sonic can rap out of them XDD
