"PADAYON" It's World Mental Health Day! 🖤 It was not long ago that, finally, I decided to seek psych help and it took me years before booking my first therapy session. I needed help. Anxiety was very evident. Tiredness in all aspect was my everyday companion. I procrastinate. I stopped doing the things I used to love. I dropped reading and drawing. I lose track of time. Failed to stay aware of the days. I felt stuck, aimless and hopeless. I cried without knowing the real reason. It was dark and heavy. Every single day was a survival. I wished to pause breathing...to rest. Gikapoy gyud daw ko. The struggle was... and is still real right now. It's never easy but I am gradually loving the process.
