It’s never my intention to rewrite something someone has written, but I could just not know it was someone else’s.

Life has been rough lately and I was rereading “Bees” last night, it’s so comforting and has always allowed me to escape from all the stress and worries irl for a bit.

I’d mentioned the fic several times over the years on my social media, and every time I’d say it’s a utopia where one can always find peace in. Everyone in that au is so loving and accepting, and also loved and accepted. It puts my mind at ease.

I’ve just finished chapter 13 and I’m very reluctant to read the next, which is also the last, chapter. I don’t want it to end. But I guess if I finished it I’d just start all over again. I’m so grateful that there’re works out there like this one and grateful for you sharing it with us, this au really means so much to me.

It genuinely means a lot to hear that, even after all this time. I'm glad it can give you a small reprieve from your worries. That's what I wrote for! An escape for myself and if it leads other people to forget about the world for that short time, that's what I aimed for. Worries can run very deep, so take every chance to let it melt away even for an hour or two.
