Instead of leaning on the responsibility of being Ladybug, she leans on the immense power she feels compared to her civilian self. 

Meanwhile, Chat Noir recognizes that Ladybug is the key to stopping Hawkmoth and ends up being the more level-headed one. 

What this results in is Ladybug being a brilliant maniac who runs headlong into danger with a rubber duck daring Hawkmoth to fuck with her while Chat desperately tries to keep his partner alive long enough to stop the akuma. 

Ladybug actually has a crush on Chat in this AU and constantly comes up with ways to impress him with even more daring acts of brilliance.
